Seasonal menus

Food and wellbeing
Our centre cook prepares fresh, nutritious meals on site each day. At Storybrooke, mealtimes are calm, social and meaningful moments in each child's day.

We work closely with families to understand allergies, intolerances, cultural preferences and medical needs. Individual plans are followed carefully, so children feel included, safe and supported at every mealtime.

Mealtimes
We believe healthy eating begins with comfort, familiarity and enjoyment. Children are supported to explore new foods at their own pace, developing confidence and curiosity in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Where appropriate, children join in simple food preparation, building familiarity with ingredients, self-help skills and confidence around healthy choices.
Food preparation and hygiene follow best-practice standards, and our educators and kitchen team work closely together so families can feel reassured that nutrition and safety are managed each day.

Our Storybrooke Bakery and Market are role-play spaces where children practise ordering, paying and sharing. They're not where meals come from. Real food is cooked fresh in the centre kitchen.
